Fast growth put whole streets on the same clock
Scott County covers about as much range as any county south of the river. Old plats sit low, sheltered by the valley and by trees, with shallow soffits, cut framing and roofs that have been layered over more than once. Do you get out to Jordan and Elko New Market?
We do. Shakopee, Savage and Prior Lake keep us busiest, but Jordan, Elko New Market and the ground between them get the same crews and the same terms. Being reachable at any hour matters most out on the edges, where a tarp at night is what keeps water out of a ceiling until we can get back.
Will the permit hold up my start date in Scott County?

Every Scott County city runs its own building department, so the application, the fee schedule and the inspection sit with the city rather than the county, and a reroof permit is usually routine paperwork.
