How much longer will it give me?
A properly specified and applied system typically adds ten years or more, and can be renewed at the end of that. The condition of the substrate underneath sets the ceiling.
Which coating is right for my roof?
It depends on the existing membrane and how much ponding the roof sees. Silicone handles standing water well, acrylics reflect strongly and cost less, and urethanes take foot traffic. The survey determines it.
