Are there slate roofs in the old Oronoco village?

Not in the village. That third weekend in August the streets fill with more than 300 antique booths and there is nowhere to put a truck, a dumpster or a staging plank. Lake Zumbro and outlying addresses are fine that weekend. For village houses we schedule the job before it or after it and tell you which when we quote.
Does a lake lot need different roof detailing than a village house?
Yes, and it is mostly about edges. A sheltered village roof under trees fights debris, moss and chimney flashing. A shoreline roof a few miles northeast stands open to wind off the water, so the rakes, the starter course and the ridge need heavier fastening. Same material, same crew, different specification.
